Conference Fees

The conference fee is 80 EUR or 10.000 RSD, and it is paid per each accepted paper. Students at the Ph.D. level do have to pay with 50% discount (only for papers where all authors are Ph.D. students). It covers the publication of proceedings, conference material, coffee breaks.

Payment Reference Number is assigned to each submission after completion of the online registration form and it will be sent to the corresponding author in the official letter of acceptance. Please insert the Payment Reference Number during the payment of fee, in order to make the identification of your payment easier.

Note: Banking fees are not included in the price. Be sure that the total amount of the conference fee is transferred into the Conference account.

A discount of 50% on the registration fee is available to:

• members of the Institute for Contemporary Education.

The following do not have to pay the registration fee:

• employees of LINK edu Alliance institutions;
• students of the Faculty of Contemporary Arts;
• students of Information Technology School;

• Members of the Scientific Committee, and  Employees of the Institutions of the Co-organizers Smart4Future Consortium members and Employees of their Institutions
